Preparation

1. Add 200 µl solvent to vial

(there should be undissolved

tube)

2. Mix

3. Centrifuge

4. Draw off supernatant and

dilute with equal part solvent

3. Centrifuge

tube)

2. Mix

dilute with 2x volume of
