Possible Cause Solution
The network name or IP address
entered is incorrect.
1. Verify that the NGC instrument is
available on the network.
See Troubleshooting Network
Connection Issues on page 158 for
information about ensuring the NGC
system is available on the network.
2. On the error message in ChromLab,
click Retry.
3. Enter the correct Network Name or
IP Address of the instrument and
click Connect (see step 2 on
page 87).
