ChromLab Software Firewall Settings

If your computer has Windows Firewall turned on, check your firewall settings and

ensure that the following programs and services required for ChromLab are allowed

to communicate with your computer.

Important: If you have anti-virus softwar

e installed on your ChromLab

computer, configure the software to allow the following programs and services

to communicate with ChromLab.

 Bio-Rad NGC ICMPv4

 Bio-Rad NGC Network Discovery

 Bio-Rad NGC SQLServer Browser

 Bio-Rad NGC SQLServer NG

 Bio-Rad NGC Time Source

 Bio-Rad NGC ChromLab Application

If not all ports are open, run the ChromLab installer again to set up the Windows

ewall correctly.
