A firewall on the ChromLab computer
is turned on and does not allow the
ChromLab programs and services to
run.
1. Check your firewall configuration
and ensur
e that the required
ChromLab programs and services
are allowed to run.

required ChromLab programs and
services. See also Appendix D,
Firewall Configuration, for
information about configuring

ewall applications and services.
2. On ChromLab Touch click Retry.
3. After the connection on the
instrument is successful, on the
Chr
omLab computer click Retry.
4. Enter the correct Network Name or
IP Address of the instrument and
click Connect (see step 2 on
page 87).
